Fall camp is underway, and we’re just over a month away from the start of Beaver football. As we rev up our coverage, we’re going to be counting down 21 of the players who will make the most impact on the 2021 squad. Today, we’re back on the offensive line, with a look at guard Nous Keobounnam.
#11 - Nous Keobounnam
- Position: Guard
- Class: Redshirt Senior
- Height/Weight: 6’2”, 292 lbs.
- Hometown: Portland, OR / Centennial High School
In 2020 Keobounnam proved to be one of the most flexible players on the Beavers’ O-Line. After playing Center in 2019, Keobounnam shifted to right guard so Nathan Eldridge could take over in the middle of the line. The move proved to be an excellent decision, as Eldridge and Keobounnam were both rock solid on the line. Keobounnam has become one of the most experienced Beavers in the unit, with 16 starts in 40 games, and his veteran leadership on an offensive line that saw no turnover is going to be an incredible asset.
