Coach Riley, who is under contract thru at least 2021, likes playing Hawaii, and the Beavers will do so again in 2019 & 2021.

Oregon St.'s football team heads for Hawaii tomorrow, to prepare for this Saturday's showdown with the Warriors, at 7:30 PM PDT (4:30 PM in Hawaii), and we now know it won't be the last time the Beavers visit the Islands, or take on Hawaii.

Another home and home series has been added, with the Beavers visiting the islands again, and for the 9th time in history, on Sat. Sept. 7, 2019.

Hawaii will make their 3rd visit ever to Corvallis on Sat. Sept. 11, 2021 to conclude the series.

"It's been a competitive and entertaining series over the years," Beaver head coach Mike Riley said. "The fans enjoy the trip as do our players and coaches, and it makes a lot of sense to continue the series with all the local ties that this University has with the state of Hawai'i."

At least the few fans that can afford the trip enjoy it.

The games with Hawaii do make a lot of sense, recruiting wise, given the long and successful history Oregon St. has with landing recruits from the islands.

The games are the first ones added to the 2019 & 2021 Oregon St. schedules.

The Beavers have won 6 of the first 9 meetings heading into this Saturday's game, including the last 3.
