The next position group in our off-season previews is the wide receivers. One of the most talented and athletic groups for Oregon State is the pass-catchers. They return two seasoned wide receivers and a bunch of young athletes that are ready to take the next step forward. Here’s where I see the depth chart shaking out this fall.
Starters
- Isaiah Hodgins
- Trevon Bradford
- Tyjon Lindsey
2nd String
- Kolby Taylor
- Jesiah Irish
- Champ Flemings
- Aaron Short
- Tino Allen
3rd String
- Mason Moran
- Anthony Gould
- Connor Laverty
- Job Dockery
- Michael Alfieri
- I’Shawn Stewart
- Rweha Munyagi Jr.
Oregon State’s top three wide receivers might be the best in the Pac-12. Tyjon Lindsey is a little bit of an unknown, but I think he’s going to be really good for the Beavs. I’m also excited to see what Kolby Taylor and Jesiah Irish can do in this offense with a bigger role.
Also, did you see some of the numbers from Oregon State’s combine?

Conclusion:
Good luck keeping up with and trying to cover Oregon State’s group of receivers. Isaiah Hodgins is going to be the number one option on the outside and his presence is going to open up a lot of space for Bradford, Lindsey, Irish and the rest of the receivers. Whoever wins the starting quarterback job is going to have a plethora of talented targets to throw to this fall.
