Three Star Defensive Tackle Isaac Hodgins has signed with Oregon State. The 6-foot-1-inch, 285-pound lineman out of Berean Christian in Walnut Creek, California had committed in March of this year, but made it official today.
We are happy to have @hodgins_isaac officially part of the @BeaverFootball family! He's explosive, quick off the ball, and holds his school record for career tackles. #GoBeavs #BTD18 pic.twitter.com/fwUPSi9tq3

Hodgins was also offered by San Jose State, San Diego, and Yale, but remained steadfast in his commitment to OSU despite the shake up in the coaching staff this fall.
Hodgins has a family connection to Oregon State, as his brother, Wide Receiver Isaiah joined the team this past season. Hodgins will join a Defensive Line unit under new position coach Legi Suiaunoa, and could be backing up Kalani Vakameilalo and Elu Aydon right away.
Hodgins was a terror at Berean Christian, slipping lines and shedding blockers en route to 7 sacks and 94 tackles for a loss in his High School career. Check out his highlights below.
