It was after Tufaga's official visit to Corvallis in September that he knew he wanted to commit to the Beavers citing the comfortability of feeling at home and knowing multiple players on the team already that he has played with and against in Hawaii.
There is a possibility that Tufaga takes a LDS mission trip for two years after he graduates high school. Tufaga is also committed to playing in the Polynesian Bowl in Hawaii on January 20th, 2018.
