Bass is a 6’ 5”, 185-pound guard originally from Muncie, Indiana, who starred as a freshman at Muncie Central High School (IN), before he transferred to Hamilton Heights Christian Academy in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Since then, Bass has scooped up offers from a number of high-profile programs, including the likes of Florida, Illinois, Kansas State, Providence and Texas Tech.
The three-star prospect is ranked by 247 Sports as the #10 overall player in the state of Tennessee and the #40 shooting guard in the country for the 2022 class. He’s noted as a knock-down perimeter shooter, who has a smooth and crafty offensive game, all while playing on a loaded Hamilton Heights team that features a slew of college prospects including four-star center Felix Okpara (2022), three-star forward Jaret Valencia (2022), three-star guard Lewis Duarte (2022) and three-star guard Dominiq Penn (2021).
As for the Beavers, Bass becomes the fourth target for the program’s 2022 class, joining North Dakota big man Joe Hurlburt, bruising forward Jai Smith and multi-sport, in-sport athlete Lamar Washington.
