Last week, Andre Bodden & Jaydon Grant were both placed on scholarships. The former walk-ons have more than proved themselves and have earned their scholarships as they have both been productive on the football field.
Told my guy I was saving this pic for when he got put on Scholarship. Glad to be able to post it now ✊ ✊ ✊ @ayodreday also S/O @JaydonGrant pic.twitter.com/iZmAJNFEnE

Bodden is entering his senior season and has been a special teams standout during his career at Oregon State. Look for Andre Bodden to take a leap forward in the passing game his senior season. Jaydon Grant should get plenty of playing time next season as a corner back. With Jay Irvine and Dwayne Williams gone he could even earn a starting role in 2019.
With the 2019 recruiting class officially signed Oregon State football looks like they’ve hit their 85 scholarship limit. I’ve been trying to track Oregon State’s roster for 2019 and with all the additions, transfers and walk-ons it is no easy task. Here’s what I’ve gathered so far though:
Transfers Out: Jay Irvine, Dwayne Williams, Christian Wallace, Justin Gardner, Conor Blount
Transfers In: Tristian Gebbia, Nathan Eldridge, Addison Gumbs, Avery Roberts, Tyjon Lindsey

Oregon State’s roster has more depth than in recent memory. They will be playing a Spring Game on April 20th. They’ve also scheduled a practice at Beaverton’s Mountainside High on either April 6th or April 13th.
A bunch of players from this year’s recruiting class are already on campus and enrolled in school. Also, Coach Smith announced that Addison Gumbs, Simon Sandberg and running back Calvin Tyler will miss or be limited for most of the 5 weeks of spring ball as they recover from knee injuries.
