Quick Links: The Aftermath of Winning

Good and bad news to report about the Beavs’ football program on Monday.

  • Well, we thought it was weird that OSU corner DeShon Wilson didn’t travel with the team to Colorado...now we know why. Apparently he was arrested for fourth-degree domestic assault last week. Wilson has been suspended indefinitely from the football program.

  • After his huge second-half performance against Colorado, Jake Luton has been nominated for this week’s Manning Award. Congrats Jake! You can vote for him by following the link in the embedded tweet below or by clicking here.

  • A note for Beavs fans setting their DVRs for the Nov. 10 game against Stanford, kickoff has been moved to 6 PM PT on the Pac-12 Network.

  • Some big news on the women’s basketball recruiting front: the Beavs landed a five-star recruit over the weekend in Kennedy Brown out of Derby, Kansas. Scott Rueck’s cup runneth over.
