The former Oregon State star and Redmond Washington native, Michael Conforto made the most of his hometown return. Conforto hit two home runs to lead the New York Mets past the Seattle Mariners, 7-5 on Friday night.

The last time Michael Conforto played in Safeco Field he was a 16-year old and he said he wasn’t even close to hitting home runs. Conforto thought Safeco Field was huge and he isn’t wrong. It’s considered a pitchers park but most people, but on Friday night Conforto had no issues clubbing two home runs and beating his hometown team. It was his fourth career multi-home run game
