6-foot-0, 182 pound Wide Receiver Jesiah Irish has signed with the Oregon State Beavers. Irish, from Mount Si High School in Snoqualmie, Washington, announced his commitment to Oregon State only earlier this week, and signed a letter of intent this morning.
We're excited to welcome @jesiah_irish2 to #BeaverNation! Looking forward to his explosiveness, speed, and physicality. #GoBeavs #BTD18 pic.twitter.com/sYDqJMl68W

Irish was one of the first recruits for Coach Smith and his new staff. He’ll work with new Wide Receivers Coach Kefense Hynson in what could end up being a very different offense than we could have expected just a month ago.
Irish was heavily recruited by several teams out west. In addition to his offer from Oregon State, he also had offers from Brigham Young, Hawaii, Idaho, Eastern Washington, Weber State, Montana, and Montana State.
In addition to his skills as a wide out, Irish also spent time at Cornerback and returned kicks for Mount Si. We’ll have to see if Coach Smith wants to make use of his skills on Special Teams as well as Offense, but it’s an exciting possibility. Check out some highlights below.
Building the Dam will stay on top of the latest signings throughout the day, so check back to learn about the new Beavers!
