Oregon State first baseman KJ Harrison will again play with Team USA this summer. Harrison, who also played for the national team last year, will join Nick Madrigal later this month, after playing a few games in the Cape Cod League for the Wareham Gatemen.
Harrison becomes only the second Beaver to play for team USA 2 years in a row, following Michael Conforto.
Harrison was the only player to start all 54 games for Oregon State this season, and was second in the Pac-12 in homers, with 10. He lead the Beavers in at bats, runs scored, RBIs, and doubles, as well as home runs.
Team USA will begin their season in Southern California, with their first game on June 28, and have series against teams from Chinese Taipei, Japan, and Cuba to come.
