It was another good day of improvement for Oregon St. freshman guard Chai Baker.
Baker, who had been in intensive care at Corvallis' Good Samaritan Hospital since collapsing during practice Tuesday, was moved out of the IC today, and his condition has been upgraded to "stable".
Baker is also now feeding himself, and being less sedated, is greeting visitors with smiles.
Baker is anticipated to remain in the hospital for a few more days. Doctors have not determined a definitive cause for Baker's cardiac event.
