The 2015 Pac-12 Conference baseball schedule for 2 time champion Oregon St. is set, and Beaver Nation can begin to plan some of their road trips. We even have game times for 4 of the 5 road trip series, subject to change (as all things are) for television.
All the games at Goss are still time to be determined, and the non-conference schedule hasn't been finalized yet, but those details will be coming sooner than later, according to Hank Hager, Oregon St. Assistant Director of Athletic Communications for baseball has assured us.
The conference campaign kicks off on Friday, March 13, in Phoenix against Arizona St. Game time for the opener and Saturday night's game is scheduled for 6:30 PM (AST & PDT), with the Sunday game set for 12:30 PM.
The conference home opener comes the next weekend, with Washington St. visiting Goss Stadium on March 20, 21, 22, to kick off spring break.
Oregon St.'s Pac-12 bye week (only 11 teams play baseball, not including Colorado, so every school has a conference bye) is the following weekend, at the end of spring break, and its not yet determined if the Beavers will schedule a non-conference series, or take a weekend off.
The following week, Oregon St. heads to Los Angeles, to take on UCLA. This is the Thursday-Friday-Saturday schedule week due to Easter, so the first 2 weeknight games at Jackie Robinson Stadium are planned for 6 PM starts, with a 1 PM Saturday finale.
The following weekend, April 10, 11, & 12, is the conference game portion of the Civil War, at P.K. Park in Eugene against Oregon.
The Beavers will then have back to back home weekend series at Goss, against Arizona on April 17, 18, & 19, and USC on April 24, 25, & 25.
Oregon St. then makes their first visit to renovated Husky Ballpark in Seattle, for a series with Washington on May 1, 2, and 3. The May Day opener is scheduled for 5 PM (that will require leaving early to deal with Friday PM traffic in the Sea-Tac area!), with Saturday's game at 2 PM, and Sunday at 1 PM.
The Beavers are back at Goss to host Utah on May 8, 9 & 10, before making their last conference road trip of the season, to Stanford on May 15, 16, & 17. The Friday night game at Sunken DIamond is scheduled for 6 PM, with 2 PM Saturday and 1 PM Sunday games rounding out the series.
The regular season comes to an end at Goss, with a series against California on May 22, 23, & 24.
