Silver becomes the second Beaver to find a new home in the month of April, joining guard Julien Franklin who opted for Cal Poly over a week ago. At the moment, that would leave sophomore Dearon Tucker as the lone Oregon State talent from this year’s Elite Eight squad that is still looking for a new home.
At Austin Peay, Silver will get a new start under first-year head coach Nate James, who takes over the Governors program after serving in multiple roles at Duke dating back to 2008.
