Wide Receiver Trevon Clark has announced that he’s reopening his recruiting, after committing to Oregon State this summer. Clark is a 3-star JUCO recruit from El Camino College in California. He was recruited by Kefense Hynson, the Beavers’ Wide Receivers coach.

Oregon State has found itself with a glut of young receivers, which may have influenced Clark’s decision. Team leader Isaiah Hodgins is only a Sophomore, and he’ll be playing alongside Jesiah Irish and I’Shawn Stewart next year. The Beavers will also have Nebraska transfer Tyjon Lindsey on the field next season. Clark may have just wanted a program where he’d be able to showcase his talents.
Before committing to Oregon State, Clark was also offered by California, Fresno State, San Jose State, Kansas, Iowa State, New Mexico, Arkansas State, and Middle Tennessee State. He may now look to one of these programs for the next step in his career.
