Oregon St. has landed a post player for the Beavers' 2014 recruiting class, as Isaiah Manderson has announced his decision to come to Corvallis.

Manderson, a 6'10", 250 lb. Center, is from Alphareta, GA, but plays for New Garden Friends High in Greensboro, NC.

Manderson played in only 20 of 28 games for New Garder in the 2012-13 season, averaging 12.1 points per game on 56% shooting. He also recorded 41 blocked shots and pulled down 187 rebounds, as well as 14 assists and 9 steals.

Manderson, rated a 3 star recruit by both Scout.com and Rivals.com, also had offers from Auburn, Cincinnati, Florida St., George Mason, Iona, Kansas St., Maryland, Mississippi St., Tennessee, UCLA, UNLV, Vanderbilt, and Wake Forest, and at one point, Georgia.

Here's a look at Manderson in action at the NBPA Top 100 Camp:

Manderson will fill a need that was a top priority for Oregon St. head coach Craig Robinson, with Angus Brandt graduating after the coming season.
