Building the Dam’s Top 20 for 2023 - #20) Grant Starck

As we approach the start of the 2023 Football Season, maybe the last in the Pac-12 as we know it, Building the Dam will be counting down the top 20 most important players on this years Beaver team. We’re starting today with a new face on the Offensive Line, Guard Grant Starck.

#20) Grant Starck - Offensive Line

Oregon State got bad news right before fall camp started. Well, several pieces of bad news, but I’m specifically referring to Marco Brewer’s season ending injury. Offensive line has been a big strength for the Beavers in recent seasons, so continuity on the line was something OSU fans were looking forward to.

Starck is the next man up for the Beavers. He’ll be a new face on the line, coming to Corvallis through the transfer portal after spending a few seasons with the University of Nevada. With the Wolfpack Starck was a consistent starter, and Nevada’s pass blocking for the past few seasons was exceptional. Starck could be a key piece as the Beavers begin to get the DJ Uiangalelei era started.
