Wide receiver prospect Tastean Reddicks became the ninth commit of head football coach Jonathan Smith’s 2023 recruiting class on Sunday, when he announced his decision to attend Oregon State next Fall, in another strong recruiting get for the program.

Viewed as a three-star talent by 247 Sports, Reddicks is listed at 6’ 1”, 180 pounds and touted as the 162nd best wide receiver in the land by the site’s composite rankings. He selected the Beavers over Pittsburgh in an intense recruiting battle, but also held offers from a myriad of schools including Georgia Tech, Louisville, Nebraska and more.
His addition is the third at his position in Oregon State’s 2023 class, joining fellow three-star prospects David Wells from Lakewood, Washington and Zachary Card from Pittsburg, California. He’s also the program’s second commit from the state of Florida, joining edge rusher Zakiah Saez, from powerhouse national program St. Thomas Aquinas.
