After Ohio steamrolled San Diego State to the tune of a 27-0 clobbering in the DXL Frisco Bowl, our ESPN Capital One Bowl Mania contest has officially reached the eight-game plateau. So, before another massive slate of games begins on Thursday night, starting with South Florida and Marshall in the Bad Boy Mowers Gasparilla Bowl, we decided to take a look-in at our current leaderboard in the contest.

One important note on all this is that “moenp’s” 8 points means that they have yet to pick a game incorrectly, which is just about the most impressive thing you can do in a contest like this. So great job so far moenp, whoever you are.

And now remember, the games begin again on Thursday night and seven more games will be played before Christmas Day, meaning if you’re not perfect like moenp, you at least have time to do some catching-up before Santa’s big day.
