Within the next month, Buildingthedam.com and all the other blogs and regional websites that are a part of the SB Nation family will be undergoing a dramatic upgrade to our platform and our editorial process. Today, we take the first step, unveiling the new logo for your favorite Beaver site.
There will be much more detail to come, and don't worry, all of our history of coverage of the Beavers and the Pac-12 will still be accessible.
For now, the new logo below is a first taste of what is coming as we begin to build an even better dam.

This is a small, but important sample of what is coming when our network undergoes its most exciting and radical transformation in the 8 year history of the company, and the nearly 6 and a half years of Buildingthedam.
A new visual identity here and across the network is only one step we are taking to unite our network of sites. "United through individuality" is the underlying theme of this project. You'll notice that our team colors and the unique spirit of our individual community is maintained, while making it clear to sports fans our site, and all the others, are a part of the larger SB Nation network. We want everyone to know that they can find the same type of great writing, video and conversation that we offer here on all of our 350 plus sites.
It should be an interesting move that makes more information than ever available at the click of your mouse.
