Oregon St. led a quartet of western teams that all moved up in the SB Nation Blog Poll this week, but despite running of 43 points in less than a third of their game, Oregon slipped. The Ducks dropped from #2 to #3, as Florida moved past, making it 1-2 for the SEC as the Gators trail only top ranked Alabama.
While the Beavers were edging up from #8 to #7, USC climbed 2 places into the top 10, and Stanford's stomping of California was big enough for the Cardinal to climb from #22 to #19.
Boise St., the only ranked team from the west not from the Pac-12, moved back into the top 25, checking in at #23, after being the first in line looking in last week.

With Florida facing #15 Georgia in the World's Largest Cocktail Party and #5 Notre Dame visiting #8 Oklahoma this Saturday, it won't take earthshaking upsets to potentially open the door to the top 5 for Oregon St. if the Beavers can take care of business against Washington Saturday night.
