Oregon St. freshman RB Malcolm Agnew was scratched for this weekend's game at 25th ranked Arizona St. after the Beavers' morning walk through.
Agnew, who missed 8 games during his high school senior season with hamstring problems, pulled out of practice yesterday, with pain in the same place as he had experienced after pulling his hamstring again after the Sacramento St. game. Agnew had returned to practice earlier in the week, and had thought he would be good to go for this week's game, but the pain persisted in the walk through, prompting coach Mike Riley's decision to leave Agnew inactive.
Terron Ward will start instead, and rotate with Jordan Jenkins.
Riley also said Reuben Robinson will again start at OLB, but that Michael Doctor would play extensively as well.
