Ben Mills Back On Recruiting List
There is no news (so far) today on any further developments with the women's hoops program, which will need nearly double digit recruits to fill all the gaps left, but there is some good news on the men's side of things.
Ben Mills, a seven footer from Arrowhead HS in Hartland, Wisconsin, whom Oregon St. had previously had on their list, has re-opened his recruitment. Mills asked for and received a release of his letter of intent from Boise St., who fired coach Greg Graham and replaced him with former Gonzaga assistant Leon Rice. This after Graham had convinced Mills to sign with the Broncos.
Mills had 19 scholarship offers on the table on March 25 when he signed with Boise St., after leading his team to the Wisconsin state championship.
Offers have been made again by Oregon St., Bradley, Wisconsin-Green Bay, Northwestern, Toledo, Iowa State and Xavier, and according to his AAU coach, eight other schools have made contact, including Iowa, Georgia Tech, Northern Iowa, Oklahoma, Southern Illinois, St. John's, Virginia, and Washington State.
