Tight end has emerged as a position of interest in recent years for Oregon State and heading into 2023, rising sophomore Jack Velling is ready to take on the role of a featured piece holding down the end of the line.

An All-American Honorable Mention stand-out by College Football News in 2022, Velling tallied 16 catches for 281 yards and 3 scores on the field last season and is another player who is waiting to find his moment and run with it. The Beavers are not only projected as a top-twenty squad, but can manage the responsibility of playing with a target on their back, pending players like Velling help keep the trains on the track and shine when their number is called.
