The interior lineman/Center is rated as the 2nd best Center in the nation by ESPN. He also held scholarship offers from: USC, Cal, Arizona State, Arizona, Michigan State, Colorado and bunch of other schools.
The class of 2022 is slowly, but surely coming together. Lopez joins a talented group of commits including: Melvin Jordan (LB), Travis Throckmorton (QB), Cole Prusia (WR) and Damien Martinez (RB).
This is a big pickup for Oregon State at a position of need as Nathan Eldridge won’t be around forever. Hiring Jim Michalczik to coach the offensive line continues to pay dividends for the Oregon State football program.
