Oregon State’s matchups against Arizona and Arizona State, scheduled for this weekend, have been postponed due to Covid-19, the school announced in a statement released earlier today.

These will be the eights and ninth games of the Beavers’ season to be postponed indefinitely. The team was forced to postpone a six game stretch in late December and January, and later had to also postpone a game against Washington. Oregon State and Washington managed to reschedule that matchup, but there has been no word on if any attempt will be made to make up the other games.
Oregon State’s road trip to the Arizona schools was a casualty of that first stretch of cancellations, with the Beavers meeting with Arizona State cancelled. The Beavers and Wildcats did manage to get a game in in Tucson, with Arizona winning 67-51. With the Arizona schools visit to Corvallis now up in the air, it seems unlikely that the Beavers will play the Sun Devils this season.
There is not much time left in the season to make up 8 postponed games. The Beavers are currently 6-5, and 4-5 in conference play. Their next games on the schedule are two more home games; against Stanford on Friday, February 12th and against California on Sunday, February 14th. The status of both of those games will be monitored going forward.
