Michael Pitre will replace Charles London, who left the Bears to join the Atlanta Falcons. Pitre has been awesome for Oregon State for the past three years. He served as the running backs coach and then eventually the lead recruiting coordinator.
As fate would have it both Artavis Pierce and Ryan Nall are currently running backs for the Bears. I can only assume that Pitre’s first order of business will be to have Nall & Pierce leapfrog David Montgomery and Tarik Cohen on the depth chart. Big congratulations are in order for Pitre has he makes the step to the NFL. Oregon State will need to hire a different running backs coach and preferably one that is an amazing recruiter.
