Utah State OL, Heneli Bloomfield, Transfers to Oregon State

The offensive lineman is in a great position to start immediately.

Former Utah State offensive lineman, Heneli Bloomfield, has committed to Oregon State football. The transfer announced his decision on Twitter today.

Bloomfield is listed at 6-3, 300 pounds and as a redshirt freshman in 2019 he played in all 13 games making four starts. Despite playing for the Aggies in 2020, he will have three years of eligibility remaining with the Beavers (thank you Gary Andersen). Bloomfield mostly play Left Guard for the Aggies.

Solid offensive lineman are gold for Oregon State. Bloomfield should be a ‘plug-and-play’ transfer for The Beavers offense. It’ll be interesting to see how the line shakes up next season. Oregon State had a surprisingly strong year on the offensive line despite losing some key guys. Next season could be even more dominate. The Beavers will keep searching for transfers that can make an immediate impact; but they are off to a great start with their recent additions.
