Thumbs Up: Offense. Offense. Offense.
Really, everything about the offense was impressive. The Beavers had 21 assists on 27 made field goals, shot - and hit - a normal amount of threes and just executed the way they needed to on the offensive end. Sean Miller lauded their play on that end of the floor and rightfully so.

Thumbs Up: Alfred Hollins
Alfred Hollins has probably made me more frustrated than any other player who has come through the Beavers program in the past three years. He’s been struggling as of late and desperately needed a solid outing to get some confidence back. 12 points (5-8 FG) and 6 rebounds will do it.
Thumbs Up: Sense Of Urgency
I knocked this team’s sense of urgency against Arizona State because the Beavers simply didn’t grasp that game as a must-win type of contest. They lost to the Sun Devils. Put themselves in a hole and then played one of their best games in recent memories to knock off Arizona.
Thumbs Down: Offensive Rebounding
Beavers center Kylor Kelley had four offensive rebounds, as he should, as a talent who lives around the rim. Even reserve Roman Silva picked up two boards on the offensive glass. But not another Oregon State player grabbed even one single offensive rebound. Not a single one.
Thumbs Down: Nothing Else
What’s there to really complain about when your team stuns Arizona in a game that literally nobody saw coming and at the same time, didn’t look to be headed that way for the first 30 minutes or so. The Beavers did their job and everyone in Beaver Nation should be proud of that.
