BTD’s Pac 12 Pick Em: Week 1

Who do we like in Pac12 games this week?

NCAA Football: Missouri State at Oklahoma State
Can the Beavs overcome the power of the mullet?
Rob Ferguson-USA TODAY Sports

Our annual series where our staff picks every pac 12 game returns! To be fair it returned last week but I forgot to publish a piece about it. We had 3 pick Hawaii (Joe Ross and Travis) while everyone else picked Arizona. So the current leaderboard is Joe Ross and Travis all tied for first with 1 point.

UCLA V Cincy

Can the Bruins get things going in year 2 under Chip? We’re split on this one.

UCLA: Hayden, Justin, john and Travis

Cincy: Albert, Joe, Marcus, Leo, Ross and Coach

Arizona State v Kent State

If Kent State wants the win they’re going to have come and take it... Not happening. We all picked ASU.

BYU vs Utah

The rivalry continues and everyone except the resident BYU alum (Marcus) thinks Utah starts the season 1-0.

Colorado v Colorado State

If we are judging these teams by the last time these teams played Oregon State then the edge goes to Colorado State. That being said only two of us (Justin and Coach) picked the Rams, everyone else is #TeamRalphie

OSU v OSU

The Orange and Black clash in Reser kicks off Friday night and while we all want the Beavs to be the victors, only one (Leo) thinks the result will be happy for Beaver Nation

Eastern Washington v Washington

This one SHOULD be a cake walk. We all pick the Huskies

Stanford V Northwestern

Much like the Washington game, none of us are calling for an upset. Stanford wins

Cal v Cal Davis

We all agree with Bill Swerski and say Da Bears win.

Auburn v Oregon

The rematch of the game in which Michael Dyer was most certainly not in fact down has us pretty split.

Auburn: Hayden, Joe, Justin, John, Coach and Travis

Oregon: Albert, Leo, Marcus and Ross

Washington State v New Mexico State

Mike Leach is the one who knocks. We all agree Cougs win

USC v Fresno State

Clay Helton sucks but not enough to lose to Fresno State. USC is unanimous
