The countdown of Oregon State Football’s most valuable player is down to number six. Just over a week until kickoff!

#6 Trevon Bradford - Wide Receiver

Our countdown continues with one of the more explosive players on the team in Trevon Bradford. The former Oregon City star opened the 2018 season with a bang, catching a 49 yard touchdown pass within the first five minutes of the the opener at the Horseshoe. He finished his day with 6 catches, 104 yards, and two touchdowns. Unfortunately, a shoulder injury in the second game of the year and inconsistency from the quarterback position kept him from having a huge year.

Hopefully now with the team going into year with under Offensive Coordinator Brian Lindgren’s offense, Bradford’s skills will be fully utilized. And with another offseason in the books, perhaps Bradford’s 6 foot and 182 pound frame will be able to ready to go for a full season (though he has missed some time this fall camp and sat out of last Saturday’s scrimmage according to OregonLive’s Nick Daschel). Pending health, Bradford’s statistics could see a bump up from his breakout year, especially with other weapons on the offense to pull away attention.

Projected Stats:

68 receptions, 843 yards receiving, 153 yards rushing, 9 total touchdowns.
