Welcome home, @TommySpencer24 #BTD20 pic.twitter.com/4M42FU6uU4
Spencer is 6’ 5” and weighs 235 pounds. He attends Roseville High School in Roseville, California. Spencer was also offered by Fresno State and San Diego State. He was rated by 247sports as a three star recruit and the 96th best Tight End in the country.
Looking over his highlights, Spencer seems to have a diverse set of skills. He is very explosive off the line when blocking for the run, and he also has a surprising amount of straight line speed when running routes. That, combined with his ability to shrug off tackles, seems to make him difficult for DBs to deal with.
Stay tuned to Building the Dam as signing day news breaks.
