The Beavers have added another weapon to their offense, as Tight End Jake Overman signed his letter of intent today.

Overman stands at 6’ 3”, and weighs 231 pounds. He attends Servite High School in Anaheim, California, and was also offered by Arizona, Cal, Colorado, Utah, Washington, Kansas, Boise State, Fresno State, and several others. He was rated as a three star recruit and the 52nd best Tight End in the country.
A quick look at his film shows a varied skillset. He has the size and strength for run blocking and shrugging off tackles, but he also has some quickness in his game, letting him turn flat and slant routes into big plays. You can check out some of highlights below.
