While the month of September ended with some poor recruiting decisions for the Beavers, the month of October began with Oregon State returning to their old stomping grounds at Bishop Montgomery High School in California and this time offering 2020 forward Isaiah Johnson. The offer came during Johnson’s visit to the campus in Corvallis over the weekend.
I appreciate the coaching staff at Oregon St for having me up this weekend and extending an offer. I had a great time #gobeavs pic.twitter.com/OSQkh8JZAH

Johnson now joins Utah guard Dallin Hall as the two only currently available targets in the 2020 class that have been offered by the Beavers. Previous target Terren Frank, a forward from Sierra Canyon High School (CA), recently trimmed his list of final schools to just four remaining candidates (Arizona, TCU, USC, Vanderbilt) on Tuesday, while fellow target Jabe Mullins announced his commitment to Saint Mary’s on the same day. Oregon State is also likely out of the running for 2020 center Bradley Ezewiro, who left Bishop Montgomery this summer to play at legendary Oak Hill Academy (VA).
