D1 Baseball rankings, Gymnastics and more...

NCAA Basketball: Oregon State at Stanford D. Ross Cameron-USA TODAY Sports
  • Oregon State defended their home court last night beating, UCLA 79-66. It’s the Beavers best start to open Pac-12 play in 26 years! The Thompson brother each had 17 points, Kylor Kelley was perfect from the field with 14 points and 4 blocks. Tres Tinkle took the floor on an ankle that was less than 100% and still manged to score 14 points. Alfred Hollins came off the bench and had a huge impact while reaching double figures. Most importantly Ethan Thompson dunked all over UCLA!

Oregon State and South Carolina are the only two Power 5 schools to have both basketball teams (MBB/WBB) undefeated in conference play. The men’s team has a tough road ahead of them though, with a two-game road trip to the Arizona schools this week.

  • Baseball season is almost upon us and D1 Baseball released their pre-season top 25 rankings for the 2019 season. Your defending champion Beavers are slotted in as the 8th team in the country in D1’s rankings.

  • Oregon State’s gymnastics team competed this weekend and beat a talented field of teams. We’re a baseball/basketball/gymnastics school now.
