Undrafted free agent and former Oregon State basketball star, Drew Eubanks, has signed a two-way contract with the San Antonio Spurs. Shams Charania was first to report the news.

Drew Eubanks left Oregon State after his junior season but went undrafted in the 2018 NBA draft. He had an up-and-down performance in the NBA summer league, but seems to have impressed the Spurs organization with his improvement and motor.
Previously we talked about the pro’s/con’s of Eubanks leaving college eligibility on the table to pursue a contract in the NBA. We also talked with the experts over at Pounding the Rock to get their thoughts on Eubanks and his performance during the NBA summer league.
This is huge news for Beaver fans, Tinkle and his staff and of course Eubanks and his family. While a two-way contract isn’t quite as lucrative as a fully guaranteed NBA contract it is still quite awesome and we’ll be waiting for Eubanks to get called up and play for the Spurs this upcoming season.
Go Beavs!
