Joining fellow forward Addison Patterson (Athlete Institute Prep - Canada) as one of the few current targets in Oregon State’s 2020 basketball recruiting class, Sierra Canyon High School (CA) big man Terren Frank was offered by the Beavers this weekend, confirmed via a post on his Twitter account.

Sierra Canyon High School’s basketball program is best known for producing a string of recent high-level Division I talents, including current Sacramento Kings forward Marvin Bagley III, Arizona State point guard Remy Martin and UCLA forward Cody Riley. Currently, Sierra Canyon is gearing up for the 2018-2019 season with a “high school super-team” line-up, which also includes the likes of point guard Scotty Pippen Jr. (son of NBA Hall of Famer Scottie Pippen), 2019 four-star point guard Cassius Stanley and Oregon State 2019 target, Kenyon Martin Jr. (son of NBA legend Kenyon Martin).
Frank, ranked as a four-star prospect and the #24 player in the 2020 class by ESPN, is also the son of Tellis Frank, a former NBA player as well.
While it’s a good sign that the Beavers have sought out both Frank and Martin Jr. so far, the program will need to continue their push into the California pipeline, where recent commits in past seasons, such as Ethan Thompson, Alfred Hollins, Warren Washington, Jack Wilson and Jordan Campbell, have spearheaded most of the Beavers recruiting efforts.
In addition to Oregon State, Frank also holds offers from Arizona State, USC and Western Kentucky.
