On Monday, head coach Wayne Tinkle added another target to the Beavers 2019 class, when the program offered Sierra Canyon High School (CA) forward Kenyon Martin Jr., son of NBA legend Kenyon Martin. The younger Martin announced the offer via his Twitter account.

Martin Jr. is listed as a three-star, 6’ 7”, 195 pound prospect, who holds offers from his father’s alma mater Cincinnati, in addition to scholarships from UC-Santa Barbara and Georgetown as well. In the past, some of Martin Jr.’s exploits have been featured here at SB Nation, specifically when as a fifteen-year old, he threw down a ridiculous alley-oop dunk, reminiscent of his father’s on-court exploits.
Currently, the Beavers have one player committed for the 2019 class in Villa Park High School (CA) guard Julien Franklin. Other targets in the 2019 class for Oregon State include guards P.J. Fuller, Ethan Anderson and Jarod Lucas, and forwards Orlando Robinson Jr. and Jonathan Salazar.
