It’s a pretty straightforward question this week, Beaver Nation. While you’re here though, let’s sing some of Adley’s praises since we’re closing in on baseball season.
He’s collected so many accolades that it’s somewhat impressive that OSU sports information can even fit them all in his bio on their website. A few highlights include being named the 2018 College World Series Most Outstanding Player, making six different All-America teams last season, breaking a College World Series record with 17 hits in Omaha, and setting the OSU single-season program record with 102 hits and 83 RBI.
Most expert mock drafts for 2019 have the OSU catcher as a top five pick for the upcoming draft in June. Baseball America even lists him as the top college baseball player in the nation for 2019. Oregon State fans know exactly how dominant Rutschman can be at the college level. The question is do the Baltimore Orioles think enough of him to take him at #1? Tell us if you think it can happen.
