On November 9th, the Oregon State Beavers’ women’s basketball team opens their ninth regular season under head coach Scott Rueck on November 9th in Corvallis against Cal Poly. 2017 was yet another strong year for the Beavers reaching a record of 26-8 and another appearance in the Elite Eight in the NCAA Women’s Basketball Tournament.
This season, the Beavs are #8 in the preseason AP Poll, have a strong class of freshmen and transfers coming in, and several key pieces from last season’s team returning. So we put the question to you, Beaver Nation...Will Oregon State Women’s Basketball Win More Games Than They Did In 2017?
It’s a tall ask, but Rueck’s teams have found ways to rack up wins for the better part of a decade now. Does the train keep rolling? Or do the Beavs lose a little steam this season?
