Perfect Game announced their annual list of preseason All-Americans on Tuesday and Oregon State junior Nick Madrigal was named the second baseman for the first team.
Madrigal was also named to Collegiate Baseball’s preseason All-America team back in December.

The only other Pac-12 player to make Perfect Game’s first team was Cal’s Tanner Dodson as a utility player. Here’s a look at the complete first team.

Perfect Game also named Madrigal a second team All-American following the 2017 season. The Golden Spikes semifinalist and 2017 Pac-12 Player of the Year looks set for another big season in 2018.
The Beavs open the season on February 16th against New Mexico.
