2017 NCAA Tournament “Elite Eight” - Day 1: Schedule, TV Listings & Open Thread

After one of the wildest days in all of the NCAA Tournament, the field has been cut down to just the eight final teams, as a trip to the NCAA “Final Four” in Phoenix hangs on the line for all of the remaining adversaries. On Saturday, two of those tickets to the last weekend in college basketball will be punched.

First, it’s former “Cinderella” in #1 Gonzaga squaring off against current “Cinderella”, #11 Xavier, in a showdown of two of the more balanced teams in the whole country. Then, it’s the red-hot #1 Kansas taking on #3 Oregon, which basically means on this day, we are all Jayhawk fans!

Another day of the NCAA Tournament also means another round in our BTD Yahoo! Tournament Pick ‘Em Bracket Pool, which has seen a large amount of reshuffling on the leaderboard over the past few days. The “Top 5” can be found below:
