Trajon is a versatile athlete out of Sacramento, who played QB and Safety for Inderkum High School as well as competing in several Track and Field events. Cotton chose Gary Andersen and staff over offers from Pac-12 rivals Oregon, Colorado, Cal, UCLA, Utah and Wazzu, along with several other schools across the country. The 6-foot 185-pound Cotton is athletic enough to compete right away in a defensive backfield that is replacing starters Treston Decoud and Devin Chapelle.
