Oregon State Tight End commit Isaiah Smalls has been hinting on twitter that the Beavs may be landing some more recruits in the coming days, and today those hints became reality. Three star safety/linebacker made his commitment official on twitter, becoming the first to commit to the Cory Hall led Beavers.

Tufaga, out of St Louis High School in Honolulu took his official visit in September, and despite the result of the blowout at the hands of Minnesota came away impressed with the Beavs and their future. While some may have waited out the coaching search before committing, Tufaga has seen enough from Oregon State to make the call despite the uncertainty bypassing offers from Hawaii, Nevada and UNLV
The 6 foot 199-pound future inside linebacker marks the 10th commit to the Beavs for the 2018 class, a number that could change greatly over the next few weeks as the OSU coaching situation gets resolved.
