Aaron Short, Junior College WR, Commits to Oregon State

The Beavers land another talented wide receiver

Aaron Short is a 6-foot-1, 192-pound wide receiver that has been playing at the junior college ranks in California at Sierra College. He announced his decision to commit to Oregon State via Twitter Sunday afternoon.

Aaron Short’s commitment comes just one day after Jamire Calvin announced his decision to attend Oregon State on national television. Calvin and Short became the 7th and 8th wide receiver’s to commit to Oregon State for the 2017 class.

The Beavers appeared to be absolutely loaded with talent at the wide receiver position. They have struggled to develop a potent downfield passing attack ever since Sean Mannion departed for the NFL, but that should all change based on the numerous play-makers coming to Corvallis this upcoming season.

Aaron Short not only brings great playmaking skills to the table, he also displayed excellent downfield blocking at the junior college level. Check out Aaron Short’s highlight video below:
