Oregon State Men’s Soccer Update

How is the start of the season going for Men’s Soccer?

The Oregon State mens soccer team is enjoying an excellent start to their season. The are currently 3-0-1 through the first four games. They kicked off against Depaul on August 26th and played to a 1-1 draw. Since then, they have won three straight games including a marquee victory over Ohio St in a 2-1 OT victory at Paul Lorenz Field.

The Men are on the road for their next three matches. They are currently in Akron and will face the #9 ranked Akron University, then they will face Butler. The mens team will then fly to Vegas to play UNLV. Currently, the #9 Akron Zips are 2-2 overall and 2-0 at home. Butler is 2-0-1 on the season and 0-0-1 away. UNLV is 2-2-0 overall and 1-1-0 at home.

Oregon State has five remaining non-conference games until they start the Pac-12 portion of their schedule against UCLA on Oct. 2nd. The Pac-12 currently has two ranked teams in UCLA and Stanford.
