Yesterday, four-star recruit Christian Wallace tweeted this out:

Wallace is apart of the 2016 recruiting class and is currently rated the number six athlete in the country by Rivals.com. He's reportedly mulling offers from Mississippi State, Oregon State and Texas. If Wallace were to land at Oregon State, it would be a huge get for Gary Anderson's first recruiting class.

According to Andrew Nemec of The Oregonian, Wallace will be visiting Corvallis in the near future:

For Wallace, the comic is further evidence that the Beavers coaching staff has prioritized him in the class of 2016.

"It makes me more excited to go to (the visit)," he said.

Likely a cornerback at the next level, the four-star talent is one of Oregon State's top priorities in the class, and has made sure that fact is known to Wallace.

Since Corvallis may not be the flashiest of locations for a ballyhooed recruit such as Wallace, it's nice to know that the OSU football staff is showing the love. Whether it be phone calls or sending digital comic books, anything that will get the big recruits' attention is a win.
