22nd ranked Oregon St. starts their next to last weekend home series of the season against Utah tonight at 5:35 PM at Goss Stadium, where the Beavers are 19-4 this season.

Both teams come in on winning streaks, with momentum off some strong outings.

The Beavers (30-14, 12-9) followed up taking the last game of last weekend's series at Washington to win a series in Seattle for the first time since 2007 with a 10-2 Civil War win over Oregon Tuesday night to start their current home stand, powered by 3 RBI nights by both KJ Harrison and Billy King.

The Utes (16-27, 7-14) upset 14th ranked USC 8-5 on Sunday, on a walk-off 3 run home run by Biss Larsen, and then trounced Utah Valley St. 15-3 on Tuesday. The win over the Trojans equals the highest win total in conference for Utah since joining the Pac-12. Tuesday's 16 runs were the most this season scored in a game by the Utes.

There's no tv for any of this weekend's games, but Oregon St. will have their live stream available.

OSU Utah Lineup Game 1

Oregon St.'s torrid hitting Jeff Hendrix will be looking to extend his streak to 11 games tonight. Over the last 10 games, and Hendrix's last 43 at bats, he is 17 for 33 (.515), with 8 runs scored, 10 RBIs, and has 10 walks, 4 doubles, and 2 triples.

Oregon St. will send junior RHP Andrew Moore (4-2, 1.98 ERA) to the mound as usual to start the weekend. Moore once again didn't get a decision last Thursday night, despite the fact he pitched 2 outs into the 8th inning, allowing only 2 runs, on 2 hits and 2 walks, while striking out 6, because the Beavers didn't pull out the 4-2 win over the Huskies until the 10th inning.

Utah will counter with junior RHP Bret Helton (2-6, 6.85 ERA). It will be the return to the starting rotation for Helton for the first time since March 27.
