Just as was the case with the AP poll, Oregon St. climbed into the top 10 in this week's SB Nation Blog poll. The difference, however, is the Blog poll did not close until well after the news of Sean Mannion's injury broke, so any tendency to project a possible future downturn for the Beavers could have come into play.
Alabama and Oregon remained 1-2, and most of the shake-up resembles what transpired in the AP poll, though unbeaten Louisiana Tech and Iowa St., who upset TCU, are getting a lot of positive attention. If Iowa St. can keep the magic going against Kansas St., another shakeup could be coming.
USC lagged behind Oregon St., as the Trojans [only] climbed to #12, and Stanford was the only other western team ranked, at #17.

You can see BTD's ballot here, which I didn't adjust post Mannion injury for a couple of reasons. One, being the desire to match the SBN contribution to what I felt post-weekend when the media polls are collected. But mostly because yesterday's news made for an "interesting" afternoon!
