The Week 2 BlogPoll was released today, and the 92 blogs that participate have voted LSU as the top team in the nation after one week of play. The Beavers came in at 60th, which is six spots up from the preseason poll. Take a look:

Teams ranked exactly where BTD placed them
Oklahoma - For the second straight week, BTD and the rest of the nation agreed that the Sooners are the 2nd best team in the nation. Oklahoma demolished Tulsa this weekend, 47-14.
South Carolina - Like Oklahoma, the Gamecocks have brought BTD and the country together. USC remains at #12 after their 56-37 assault on East Carolina.
Ohio State - The Buckeyes are the lone newcomer this week at #15. Building the Dam was ahead of the curve as we had tOSU five spots higher than the rest of the nation in our preseason poll.
Stanford and Oregon represented the Pac-12 in the actual Top 25, coming in at 5th and 14th, respectively. Stanford also received two first place votes.
Going down to the ARV category, you begin to see a lot of Pac-12 members. There's Arizona State at #26, USC at 30, Utah at #40, California at 43rd, Arizona comes in at #50, Washington State at #53, and Oregon State at 60th.
Oregon State Watch
Oregon State climbed six spots in the polls after their
54-7 thrashing of Sacramento State 29-28 overtime loss against the Hornets. Someone forgot to tell Eagle in Atlanta this, who put the Beavers at #16 in their poll.
